The brand identity package exists for brands and business owners ready to be memorable and communicate their personalities and values to the world. How is the process?

Firstly secure your spot to work with me by filling out the inquiry form here. I will answer you back to book a free call to discuss the project and your needs and finally send you the proposal, after the approval we will start your project, which is divided into four steps:

  • I will provide you the access to the client portal, for exclusive access to track the process of the project including status, deadlines, contract and invoices. Also in this step I will send you a questionnaire which will help me to build the brand strategy.

  • Before designing your brand, I will dive into a strategy research including business goals, values, audience and competitors. And finally craft your creative direction, where we will be defining source of inspiration and feeling behind the design of the brand.

  • It’s time to bring your Brand Identity to life! I will create a unique concept and We’ll have a meeting where I’ll share the concept and showcase all the design elements created exclusively for your brand. 

  • The final stage of the project! The Brand Guidelines will be ready for you, along with all the files you’ll need in formats like .ai, .pdf, and .png. At the same time, I'll send you the final invoice, and you’ll have access to these files through the Client Portal, where you can easily find and manage this documents for your own usage.

Website

A website is essential for any brand and business. In the website package, I will create a strategic, user-friendly and intuitive design layout for your audience to reach you and build a strong online presence. 

In this package I will be delivering the website design strategy, the website design concept, development in different options of platforms (Squarespace, Shopify or Webflow) of your choice, basic SEO and 15 days of support after the launch website.

How is the process?

  • I will provide you the access to the client portal, for exclusive access to track the process of the project including status, deadlines, contract and invoices. Also in this step I will send you a questionnaire which will help me to build the strategy and design of your website.

  • I’ll dive into crafting a comprehensive web design strategy designed specifically for you. This will include a sitemap, mapping out the navigation and structure of your website.To bring your vision to life, I’ll create a mood board. A collection of design elements will showcase initial images, concepts, colors, and styles that will define the overall “look and feel” of your website.

  • It’s time to bring your web design to life! I will create a unique concept and prepare a presentation that explains why I chose that particular design. Once the presentation is ready, we’ll have a meeting where I’ll share the concept and showcase the layout pages of your website.

  • I’ll begin developing your website on your chosen hosting platform, whether it’s Squarespace, Webflow, or Shopify. Once the development phase is complete, we’ll schedule a meeting call to navigate through the website together. The invoice for the final payment will be provided to keep moving on to the exciting final stage of launching your website.

  • The final stage of the project! At this stage, we’ll ensure your website is in its best shape. Thorough testing verify usability across devices and make any necessary adjustments before going live, when all this is finalised, your website will be ready to be launched!

    Once your website is live, I’ll provide support for the next 15 days to address any additional needs or concerns.

  • All you need to do is click here to send me a message indicating which package best suits your business. After I have received your message we will book a call to talk about the project and the process.

  • Branding typically takes about 4-6 weeks, Logo about 2-4 weeks and website design takes about 6 weeks thereafter (about 12 weeks total). Timelines may vary depending on scope.

  • The price of each project is determined based on the unique needs and specific requirements of our clients. We offer a fully customisable approach to ensure that our designs meet your expectations and align with your vision. As a result, the cost may vary depending on the complexity, scope, and timeframe of the project.

  • Yes! I am flexible when it comes to payment. All projects require a 50% deposit upon the start of the project, with the remaining balance billed across the duration of the project.

  • Yes! If you already have a Brand or Website and you are feeling that is not as you like or is not working towards to success anymore, I will be happy to help you to redesign a very successful and cohesive design project for your business.

  • Font licenses, Additional revision rounds, Website Hosting and Subscriptions, Copywriting,  Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in the Website Package), Brand Photography and Image Sourcing,  Printing Fees

  • Squarespace and Webflow for service-based businesses and Shopify for e-commerce businesses.
